And though I will talk to many a VA very soon, there is a certain FimFlamFilosophy and his Rainbow Dash Presents animations which cause me to giggle like a little filly. I don’t know why he kept bringing up the “grimdark” topic, when it’s clear that no discussion was gonna come out of it.
Plus, I don’t get how the whole “mlp is all light hearted and innocent, isn’t it funny if one of them gets raped or dies? lol” thing appeals to anyone whatsoever. I like dark stuff every once in a while, but when associated with a show like MLP, not only does it ruin the appeal of the show, but it’s too darn obvious of a joke.
Sorry if that came off a bit rantish, I just cannot wrap my mind around the appeal of grimdark stuff (especially when it’s just for the sake of it being the opposite of what this show offers).
I find grimdark amazing and its my favorite part about this fandom and plus thare is nothing wrong with it. (O.o)
